Live Well 4 Bill/Tiny Virtual 5K Run/Walk 2021

Registration: open from November 25, 2020 at 7pm to April 15, 2021 at 11:59pm, $50

Please help us memorialize what would have been the 50th Birthday of William (Bill/Tiny) McArthur by running or walking 3.1 miles on a course of your choice and a time of your choice between 6am Saturday, May 15 to midnight of Bill’s Birthday on Monday, May 17. 

The proceeds of the event will go to Bill’s family: wife Stacey, daughter Sarah, and son Billy. 

Each participant will receive a specially designed patch, to be mailed, suitable for attachment to a cap.

The Life is Good® company is donating caps, to be mailed, with patch affixed, to the first 200 registrants. Bill met one of the company founders at a business conference and was greatly influenced by the spirit of optimism underlying the company. Bill tried to integrate that spirit of optimism and living well into his business and personal life. 

Bill competed in running, cycling, and triathlon events during his life, abbreviated at age 49 by COVID-19. We ask those who wish to compete in the 5K to submit photos, and document times via photos of GPS devices or links to Strava or other websites to info@LiveWell4Bill.com by midnight, May 17. We will hold a Zoom awards ceremony at 5pm ET on May 22. All participants will receive an invitation to the ceremony via email.
