Labor Day Donut Dash 5k, 10k, Double Dash 15k & Munchkin Run 2021

Want to dash for donuts? Join us for our Labor Day Donut Dash at Halcyon! For 2021 we will offer a Munchkin Run 1k (10 & under), 5k, 10k, and a new option-the DOUBLE DASH 15k. For the Double Dash, participants will first run the 10k and then also run the 5k to complete a 15k distance. Double Dash participants receive a special medal and a long sleeve tee!   EVENT DETAILS Included with your race registration: Choose a super soft T-shirt or tank (additional charge) Chipped race time Custom medal All in person participants will receive a donut at the finish line! Virtual Run options include shipping. Virtual Packets will be mailed after September 7th if not picked up during packet pick up   Race registration: Registration will be available online (if not sold out) through race morning on September 6th. On site race day registration (if not sold out) will be available starting at 6:45 AM until 15 minutes before race start time. Please be prepared to log in to your RunSignUp account in order to register on-site on Race Day. (new location) 5485 Bethelview Road, Suite 430 Cumming, GA 30040 Saturday, September 4th from 12 PM to 5 PM Sunday, September 5th from 12 PM to 4 PM Packet Pick-up Race Morning at race location starting at 6:45 AM Virtual Packets will be mailed after September 7th if not picked up during packet pick up.   HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES Multiple packet pick up options/locations. Limited number of participants for each event. Once each event is full, additional registrations will not be accepted.  A virtual option is available. Registered runners can switch their registration to the virtual option up until two weeks prior to race day.   AWARDS Overall male/female Overall masters male/female 1st, 2nd, 3rd place age group awards in 5-year increments (award age group categories are:  10 & Under, 11 through 74 in 5 year increments and 75 & Up) Virtual runners will not be eligible for overall or age group awards. Double Dash participants will have the opportunity to place in both the 5K and the 10K.    *Race will be held rain or shine.  **Guaranteed t-shirt if registered by August 31st at 11:59 PM ***Guaranteed finisher medal if registered by August 23rd at 11:59 PM ****We will continue to monitor local and state COVID guidelines for events regularly and will update our procedures accordingly. This race is constrained by local and state guidelines and if this event can not be held in person per the direction of state and local officials the race will convert to a virtual event.    Any items not picked up during packet pickup or on race day will be donated.
