The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary first annual Red Kettle Run is an event to support the philanthropic and humanitarian efforts. These efforts include, but it not limited to the needs of the Merkle Center of Hope Shelter, the Boys & Girls Club, Angel Tree participants, holiday meals assistance, and emergency programs/services. Join us for an exciting event and help us in supporting an active local non-profit in our community.

Course Description: Fun Run, 5K & 10K – Betty Virginia Park | Run or Walk
Entry Fees: Registration: $ 25 Early Bird Registration till November 6th
$ 30 Regular Registration Nov. 7th to Nov. 20th
$ 35 Late/At the Door Registration Nov. 21st to December 4th
Sleep-In Supporter: $ 25 Donation to the Organization
If you cannot be there but would like to show your support. (You will still receive a T-Shirt)
Military, First-Responders, and Ainsley’s Angels Racers will be able to register for $25 (Dates do not Apply).If registering after Nov. 6th, please call Julie 318-424-3200 ext. 28 for Special Registration Code (Each code is Unique)
Race Packet: Make sure you register before midnight on November 27th to guarantee you get your size race shirt.
Race packets can be picked up at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport on
Thursday, Dec. 2nd 12 pm – 6 pm,
Friday, Dec. 3rd 10 am – 5:30 pm
Race Day from 7 am to 7:45 am at the race site.
Awards: 5K & 10K: Overall 10K Male & Female Winners will receive $200 Cash,
Overall 5K Male & Female Winners will receive $100 Cash,
1st and 2nd place Male and Female winners for 10K and 5K will receive medals in the
following age groups: 8-under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-74, 75+
Fun Run: Participation Medals will also be provided.
