Short review

Don't Miss this Event! 

Kids Triathlon participants will swim in the pool, jump on their bikes ride on the course throughout the field behind the pool, then run  loops on that field. The events will be chip timed and distances are based on the age of the child. Kids must supply their own bikes and must wear a helmet to participate. The events will go off in waves.  Kids Traiahlon time is 9:00 am,  Race distance is determined by child's age ( see below) 

Ages 6-8, 50 yards ( 2 lengths ) in pool, bike 1 loops ( approx 1/2 mile) run approx .35 mile

Ages 9-11 100 yards ( 4 lengths) in pool, bike 2 loops ( approx 1 mile) , run approx .65mile) 

Ages 12-14 100 yards in pool, bike 3 loops ( approx 1.5 mile) , run 4 approx 1 mile 

Kids triathlon  participants will get a racing bib, Florida Race Day shirt, finishers medal, and photograph of the event.  Results will be posted online.  Costs for Kids triathlon start at $35 

>>>We are part of a growing list race organizers that strive to be more environmentally conscious . We encourage all runners to bring their own multiple use water bottle so that we do not add to the mounting plastic waste on earth. Please bring a reusable water bottle that you will bring with you during the race or for afterwards. You may refill your bottle at our water jug. Plastic water bottles will be available after the race but we are trying to reduce our footprint. <<<
