Due to the CDC’s recommendation to avoid gatherings of people to slow the spread of COVID-19, we made a decision to switch our Annual 5K Walk/Run to a Virtual Soul Fitness Weekend.  On behalf of the 5K Committee, thank you to everyone who participated in, donated, sponsored, and/or volunteered their time for our virtual weekend event.

We are not finished yet, we hope you will join us on Friday, October 2, 2020, at 7 pm for our Virtual Closing Happy Hour.  During the Happy Hour, we will announce the winners of the various soul fitness weekend challenges.  Join us for the fun!
