The 1st Inaugural Heroes for Hope Fun Run will be held at Cajun Palms RV Resort on March 28th, 2020. It is a super hero themed, family friendly 5k run/walk, and a kids run/walk dash to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We will have lots of things for the kids to participate in. We encourage the entire family to participate and dress as their favorite super hero - even pets (for free)! Join us for a super fun morning benefiting a great cause.
Our team is fundraising so that we can make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Help us ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Because of donors like us, treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. St. Jude is working to drive the overall survival rate for childhood cancer to 90%, and they won't stop until no child dies from cancer. St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
