How Does It Work?

Sign up for the event - Absolutely FreeOn Friday (October 23rd) you will receive the List of Halloween Themed Items to Find during your Run.Take Pictures along the way and check off your items. Each Item is worth a point.Report your results between 10/24 and 10/31 to be eligible for prizes. You will be sent the form to complete on-line.Prizes will be randomly drawn on Nov. 1st using the point structure. So the more items you find... the better your chance to win some fun prizes!Bonus - Miles Ran/Walked are each worth a point

A Few Rules:

The Run/Walk should be completed at one time. All Ages and Paces are welcome to participateMiles completed will have a point valueSubmitting Photos on our "It's a Good Day for a Run" Facebook Page will have a Point ValueTagging GDFAR and MGr if posting on Social Media will have a Point Value.Following Pedestrian Rules is always recommended.Following healthy Social Distancing Practices is highly encouraged.
