Halifax Health - Hospice 5K Run and Walk 2023

Short review

This is the 20th Anniversary of the Halifax Health - Hospice 5K and we are excited to host it in-person again, along with a virtual option! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida.

Online registration for the in-person event and non-runner supporters closes on November 4 at noon!

Proper precautions will be taken to ensure the health and safety of participants and volunteers. 

Be sure to post pictures, tag our Facebook page and use the hashtags #Hospice5K and #LYLW

Packet Pickup will be at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on Friday, November 5 from 12 pm - 6 pm at 3800 Woodbriar Trl., Port Orange. If you choose to have a shirt mailed to you, it will be sent out the week of November 8 through the USPS.

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall males and females and also the top 3 males and females in the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
