Courses: Both 8K & 5K are Certified, Flat & Fast, including picturesque East River Road, and beautiful neighborhoods. QUALITY LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRTS . Great goodie table!!! Bib Chip scoring by Race Timing Services. Age Group Medals for 8K Run and 5K Run/Walk: Overall, Masters. Medals to top 3 in each age group, Male & Female. Male & Female Age Groups: 14 & Under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 & Up. Packet pick up and late registration available at Total Runner May 18-23. NO PACKET PICK UP AT TOTAL RUNNER, IF YOU REGISTER ONLINE AFTER MAY 17th.
