5k results by USATF divisions; USATF certified 5k course; 1 Mile and 2 Miles optional distances. Start/Finish @ MN State Capitol District memorials area. Lots of added values; easy, free close-by parking. Fabulous online race photos, announcer, Americana music, refreshments, cheers, a pocket size US Constitution & Declaration of Independence, and optional commemorative event shirt. Rudyard Kipling observed, “Nations have passed away…They fell because their people were not fit.” Learn more at event web site about the Power of RxExercise to improve lives & liberty, reduce disease risks, and improve the lives for many challenged by a variety of chronic diseases.
