Short review
5k competitive, fun run/walk, with glow-in-the-dark theme. Race starts and ends at the Academy Building in Downtown Dallas and covers a a mixture of trail and road surfaces. We will be featuring a competitive race with medals given to the first 3 Men and first 3 Women. Proceeds benefit a local non-profit, Christmas Cheer, that serves families in need in the Dallas area. 5k participants will receive a t-shirt (if registered by Oct.4th), head lamp, glow stick, free drink ticket and a Domino's pizza. There is also a costume contest with prizes for the best costumes in different categories.
