Coventry Woods Trail Running Festival - Hosted by the Big Woods Running Club (BWRC)

5K, 10K, 3HR and 6HR Races

Courses:

Four great races to choose from at the festival! The popular 3HR and 6HR races use the 10K loop. These beautiful trails are mostly single track with some rocks and roots. The 10K loop has 850' of gain. Or, join us to race our challenging 5K or 10K races. The 5K has 450' of elevation gain!

Aid Stations:

We provide two aid stations. The main aid station will be near the start/finish line and have food and drinks. The second aid station will be a water table at the halfway point of the 10K course. There will also be water at the halfway point of the 5K course. Personal pit stations can be set up for the 3HR and 6HR participants and are easily accessible along the course adjacent to the start/finish.

Registration Fees:

$15.00 - 5K Race until 5/1/21
$20.00 - 10K Race until 5/1/21
$35.00 - 3 Hour Race until 5/1/21
$45.00 - 6 Hour Race until 5/1/21
$20.00 - 5K Race after 5/1/21
$25.00 - 10K Race after 5/1/21
$45.00 - 3 Hour Race after 5/1/21
$55.00 - 6 Hour Race after 5/1/21

Age Groups:
19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Male & Female
Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female in all races. Awards will also be given to the top three in each age group for all races. 5K, 10K, 3 hour & 6 Hour.

Covid-19 Safety:

The race organizers, volunteers and event participants will all be required to follow the latest COVID-19 safety guidelines set by the CDC. All participants will be asked to wear a mask while in the race start/finish area, and to also follow social distancing guidelines. We are committed to having a happy and healthy race!

*Camping is not available at Coventry Woods Park.

The Big Woods Running Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit club organized to promote trail running in the Hopewell Big Woods region of South Eastern Pennsylvania. The Big Woods area includes many great parks and trails including the Horse-Shoe Trail, French Creek State Park, Woody's Woods, Warwick County Park, and Coventry Woods. BWRC hosts monthly group runs and volunteer trail work days as well as events like the Big Woods 50K. Annual dues are $20 and membership is open to all. Contact: BigWoodsRC@gmail.com
