Chesapeake Hospitality 3rd Annual "Happiness Inspires Hope" Metric Century Ride 2019

Short review

Each year 27,000 children in the United States are diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Half of all children eligible for a wish through a partnering wish-granting organization choose to visit Central Florida and its collection of theme parks and other attractions. With your help, Give Kids The World Village can continue to be a magical place for these families to stay during their once-in-a-lifetime trip.

At the Village, Give Kids The World takes care of it all for these brave kids and their families – accommodations in beautiful villas, transportation, theme park tickets, meals and more. They relax, play, laugh and simply spend time together. And for a kid with a serious illness – that kind of happiness inspires hope. 

Chesapeake Hospitality is proud to support Give Kids The World through various fundraising events.  On October 12, 2019 we will bike 62 miles, stopping at 6 of our local hotel properties, spreading the word and raising funds for Give Kids The World.  Participants will choose to bike portions of the ride or the entire ride. Some of our properties will also participate by biking in their respective areas and recording their rides.

Registration includes a few Give Kids The World goodies as well as snacks and beverages along the route!

Each participant is asked to try to raise at least $150 for Give Kids The World.  Once $150 has been raised by a participant, that participant's registration fee will be refunded to the participant. Please share the DONATE link with friends and family.
