**EVENT CHANGE**

As of June 13, we made the decision to transition this event to a fully VIRTUAL event. In-person registration numbers were below 20 and we felt the event would not provide a desired in-person, race environment. We still hope you’ll join other virtual runners this Saturday. However, you are still welcome to come up to Camp Lutherhaven to run/walk if you wish. Several of the staff will be doing so beginning at 9am. Just so you’re aware though, this means there will be no start or finish line, mile markers, signs, course guides, awards, snacks, etc.. Make sure to check out the attachment for all the race details including a list of our sponsors. We will also be sending you your t-shirt after Saturday.

We are excited to move forward with our annual 5K and Moose Mile event in 2021 with a Hybrid of Live and Virtual participants. Camp Lutherhaven programs are set to run as scheduled for this summer and needs our support. The financial impact of the pandemic continues to challenge the programs at Camp Lutherhaven. This event will allow us to continue to raise awareness of and financially support Lutherhaven. On Saturday, June 19, we are encouraging supporters of Camp Lutherhaven to participate on the camp grounds or in their home edition of the a 5K or Moose Mile.  For those at home, when you finish your event, follow the directions provided via RunSignUp and use #mooserun2021 to post your photos. We hope to support the financial needs that Camp Lutherhaven is experiences due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
