BWL Hometown Power 5k 2023

Short review

12th annual. Accurate 5k on paved roads. All registered participants will receive a tech shirt. 

The event will be capped at 250 participants. 

The race will feature an open start line from 9:00 am to 9:30 am. Start your race anytime in that 1/2 hour window, your time does not start until you cross the starting mats. 

Proceeds: All funds raised will support the McLaren Greater Lansing Healthcare Foundation

Location: Race will start at BWL REO Town Headquarters on S. Washington Ave. Course will run through city streets in neighborhoods around REO Town building

Special Awards to overall, masters (over age 40), and grand masters (over age 50) champions.
Awards to top 3 place finishers in each age group.

Age groups:10-and-under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 ,35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80-over

Packet Pick-Up: Race Day from 7:30-8:45 am.

Be sure to register early! There is no race day registration.

The race will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted live during the race and on this website.
