Black Friday Relays 2023

Short review

Three Relay Options!: A 20K relay for 4-person teams, 15K relay for 3-person teams and a 10K relay for 2-person teams.

All relay races will start together at 9:00 am.  The relay race will be out-and-back 5K legs. All events are on an out-and-back course so you can see where your competition is at the turnaround.

The event will be held on the Salem Lake trails in Winston-Salem, NC.  The start and finish line will be near the playground trailhead. 

IMPORTANT: Be sure to Create or Join a team when if you are registering for the relay race. Each person must register one at a time as a relay team member, and will pay their fraction of the total team fee when they register as a team member. Multiple team members may be registered in one registration session by selecting "Add a Person" when you get to the Confirmation Page of registration.  If you do not select a team, you will be charged the full team registration fee.
