Art Car IPA 5K Social Run/Walk - Halfway'ish To Race Day & A Toast To Santo! 2023

Short review

We are officially halfway to the Art Car IPA 5K presented by UHD (fingers crossed) and as a backup theme, it would roughly be the anniversary of the Santo de Mayo 5K! So let's party, run and celebrate with are friends at the Flying Saucer - Downtown!

Here is the skinny, for $30 you get a guided and marked 3.5 mile run/walk plus three tasty brews from Saint Arnold Brewing Company, a pint glass and a Texas Tamale Company breakfast!

You will check in at the Saucer between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and we will run/walk at 9:00 AM and when we get back we will eat, drink and celebrate Saint Arnold, raise a toast to Santo and crush some tamales!  And yes, the outdoor patio at the Flying Saucer has been extended too!

All paces are welcome and we will have at least three pace leaders each week, one in the front, one in the middle and a butt pincher at the end. The route is roughly 3.5 miles and we simply start at the Saucer, run/walk to Saint Arnold and back.

All of our social run/walks are rain or shine! If weather prevents us from running we will still eat and drink beer, glorious beer!
