Andy's Dash For Doernbecher 2021

Short review

Hi everyone - welcome to the inaugural Andy's Dash for Doernbecher Virtual 5k Run/Walk!

I am excited to organize this event and raise money for Doernbecher Children's Hospital, a place that is near and dear to my heart.

Doernbecher Children's Hospital offers "the region's broadest range of pediatric treatments" and provides "the greatest number of children's specialists working together in the same location". They are certainly one of the best pediatric hospitals in the state of Oregon, and they save many lives every day. By organizing this race, I hope that we can partner together to help Doernbecher continue the amazing work they do in people's lives.

Due to COVID-19, we have decided to make this 5k a VIRTUAL race. This means that you will be running/walking the 5k on your own and then reporting the times back to us. Run/walk around a track for 12.5 laps, take a hike with a friend, or run your favorite route (you can use gps to track your distance and time). When you are done, come back here and click results to submit your time! Results will be accepted from January 22 - January 25.
