3rd Annual ALS Run for Hope 5K 2021

Short review

The ALS Hope Foundation is pleased to present the 3rd Annual Run for Hope 5K for ALS! It's been quite the year but we are so excited to be planning a hybrid event that combines virtual and in-person experiences so everyone will be comfortable and safe. There will be an in-person, timed 5K Run and fun 1 Mile Walk, as well as the opportunity for you to join us virtually (via the RaceJoy app)! This event will provide much needed funds to support the clinical, research and educational efforts of the ALS Hope Foundation!

We will continue to follow all local, county and state guidelines along the way as safety and health protocols are our highest priority. If there is a limit placed on occupancy numbers, we will base the participants on the order they registered. We will be ready to switch to all virtual if required.

We will be highly recommending that all in-person participants wear their mask throughout the entire event, exception while running.

We are pleased that we have the opportunity to bring you an in-person event! COVID-19 restrictions related to outdoor gatherings limits have been lifted. All participants are welcome to attend in-person, if they choose. Masks are still required to be worn for those not vaccinated and when gathered in groups.

Norristown Farm Park - 2500 Upper Farm Rd, Norristown, PA 19403 at the pavilions by Parking Lot #3.

Entry: 

In Person and Virtual 5K Runners                   
Adult (ages 13 and up) early bird pricing before May 16th : $25, pre-race pricing before June 5th: $30  and race day: $35

Children (ages 3-12) early bird pricing before May 16th: $10, pre-race pricing before June 5th: $15, and race day $20

Children 2 and younger- Free 

1 Mile Walk

Children (ages 12 and under) Free

 

Amenities:           
Scenic course through the Norristown Farm Park, performance t-shirt and bottled water. 

 

Race Results:       
Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co. Results will be found at http://www.brynmawrracing.com and on the results page.
