11th Annual Resolution Run: Run for Justice and Great Futures 2021

WHAT
A virtual 2 Mile Run/Walk supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lynchburg. Start your “new” year off with some extra motivation to stay fit and support one of Lynchburg’s most dynamic non-profits. This 2-Mile run/walk has become a
community tradition for many. There are a couple of changes to the run this year though. The run will be a virtual or “Run anywhere” event to keep the participants and the community the Boys & Girls Club serves safe.

The Club has always worked to create an environment of equity, justice, and inclusion for our Club Members. We want our community to make a resolution this year, to not only be active and healthy but to support the Club in doing Whatever It Takes to Build Great Futures by creating safe environments that are equitable, just, and inclusive for all.

WHERE
Complete your 2 Mile run or walk anywhere in the world between Saturday January 16th and Monday January 18th!  That's the beauty of a "virtual" event. Participants will be ranked on time. Upload your performance using our RaceJoy App or visit our "Results" page during the event to manually enter your time and/or participation.

Family Pricing: Families of 4 or more save $5.00 per person.

PACKET PICKUP

*MAILING OPTION:  We are happy to mail our race packets to those registered by January 8th for an additional fee of $7.00 per person.

T-SHIRTS: 
Participants registered by Tuesday January 5th are guaranteed a commemorative event t-shirt. Extras will be available on a first-come basis at packet pickup.

AWARDS
There will be no awards based on time or place. All that participate will receive a finisher medal.

SELFIE PHOTO CHALLENGE:
Join in the fun race day!  Upload a selfie with your result to RunSignUp and contest winners will be chosen for a number of creative categories.

VIRTUAL RACE RESULTS:
Participants have a 3 options to choose from to report their participation and result.

1.  Use our RaceJoy APP (phone required).  Track you distance, pace, predicted finish time, hear inspirational "cheers", and upload your result. We highly recommend this option.
2.   Visit our result page and manually enter your time.
3.  Text your result to us. (Available to those that have opted in during registration.)
