41st Annual Doc Lopez Run for Health to benefit the University of Vermont Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital Auxiliary
Virtual Event: March 20-28, 2021
Join us for the 41st Annual Doc Lopez Run for Health. Participating has never been easier: As a virtual participant, you can complete the race distance on the route, day, and time of your choosing.
In challenging times like these, exercise can be a wonderful coping mechanism. With this in mind, we will offer a virtual race so that runners may participate individually or in small groups in their own community while supporting the UVM Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital Auxiliary. This year's race takes place wherever you are and wherever you'd like to run! The window for running the Doc Lopez begins on Saturday 3/20 at 6am and ends on Sunday 3/28 at midnight. You can run anytime during this period. On race morning, you'll get a text or email (make your choice during registration--we recommend text, which makes results submission SO easy!). It will include instructions on how to text or email results when you are finished. Run your 5k or half marathon during that time with friends and family (make sure they register!). Your results will be uploaded to the race website and will appear with the hundreds of other runners who ran with you!
Please share photos and stories on social media tagging @ElizabethtownCommunityHospital and using the hashtag #DOCLOPEZRUNFORHEALTH.
All proceeds benefit University of Vermont Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital Auxiliary.
Thank you again for your support.
