31 Day Run/Walk/Swim to Read Challenge 2020

Short review

Attending university  as a Bermudian is a privilege, a learning experience, and a critical step in supporting and expanding our island and all those who live here. With the COVID-19 crisis upon us, many young Bermudians have faced, and continue to face furthered financial hardship, making it difficult, if not impossible, to properly fund their education abroad.

The goal of this month-long fundraiser is to ensure that despite the many things COVID-19 may have taken from us - it does not take away the opportunity for Bermudian students to further their education.

We have partnered with Knowledge Quest - Bermuda registered charity #631, that aims to provide education to Bermudians who are financially limited.. Together, along with our participants, we will run as many miles as we can over the month of July to raise donations. All donations will go toward the establishment of a scholarship fund through Knowledge Quest for deserving students that have been impacted financially with regard to their ability to finance their education as a result of COVID-19.

Donors will have the option to make a one time contribution, or encourage participants to run more miles by sponsoring them per each mile they complete.​
