19th Annual Family Service & Children’s Aid 5K RUN and WALK.

The start and finish will be at the Grand River Brewery and includes the Armory Arts Trail, Jackson High campus, the historic prison, and various streets of downtown. 

GRB opens for brunch at 9:00am and event participants and their guests will get a 5% discount for their brunch, on the day of the event, by showing their race bib to their server.

Awards for Run & Walk
Awards given to the overall male and female winners, plus the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group. 

**BONUS!** TEAM/FAMILY DIVISION AWARDS
Grab your friends and family! Awards will be given to the top three teams/families in both events. Two or more team/family members must compete in same event (Run or Walk) to qualify. The two fastest times of all team/family members participating will be averaged to determine winner. Please create a Team (link at top of page or choose create or join a team when registering) to enter.

Special pricing for families - Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $5/person.

Register by April 3rd to be guaranteed a t-shirt. T-shirts available as supplies last after that date.

There will not be a kid fun run this year. Only the 5k run and 5k walk. 

Packet Pick up and Race Day Registration
Packet pick-up Friday, April 23, 2021 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at Family Service & Children’s Aid (306 W Michigan Ave, Jackson, MI), Race day registration, to be held inside Grand River Brewery, from 8:00am - 8:50am.

Proceeds from the race go to Family Service & Children’s Aid.  Since 1944 Family Service & Children’s Aid has touched the lives of thousands of Michigan families in Jackson and Lenawee Counties through adoption, foster care, counseling, community and school based programs, substance abuse treatment, and other services for children and families.

The race will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and on the web at Playmakers.com.
